In this presentation by the Azerbaijan National Culinary Centre, attendees will learn the traditional method of making Azerbaijani pakhlava.
The Map of Azerbaijani Pakhlava will also be presented, showcasing the diversity of this dessert across its five emblematic regions: Baku, Karabakh, Shaki, Guba and Ganja.
Attendees will learn about the preparation methods, as well as the philosophy and cultural richness that each region brings to this iconic delicacy, which combines tradition, flavour and gastronomic heritage.
