DiverXO: Metamorphosis 2026 menu
Sponsored by Ayuntamiento de Madrid
Following years of study and learning, Muñoz and his team have taken on a challenge that has broadened their understanding of gastronomy.
At Madrid Fusión this year, they will present a new DiverXO menu. It is a radical proposal in terms of concept, technique and creativity, breaking new ground and venturing down unexplored paths once again. DiverXO is 'Avant-garde or Die', and is more alive than ever.
