Venta Moncalvillo: a farm to feed the vegetable garden
Venta Moncalvillo will present its vision of village cuisine on the Madrid Fusión stage, showcasing its Granja concept to the entire audience. This farm was created to feed the vegetable garden and reconnect with the family's agricultural and livestock origins, and does not contemplate animal slaughter.
