Echo in Sannio
Going by the name Mr Brown, Iannotti offers a blind tasting menu designed to be a guided experience, taking diners on a journey and liberating them from their usual culinary habits.
At Krèsios, the menu is a single, long tasting menu presented 'blind', meaning that diners do not know which dishes they will be served until they are presented with them. This offers a surprising experience with a focus on bold flavours, creative techniques, fermentations, and reinterpretations of global recipes with nods to Campania. These are paired with wines from small, natural producers.
